GAITHERSBURG, MD -- Sodexo Inc. has named Olivier Poirot senior vice-president and chief financial officer for North America.
Poirot joins French catering giant Sodexo from Accor North America, where he served as chief executive for the company's operations in the U.S. Canada and Mexico since 2007. Prior to that, he was chief financial officer of Accor North America for four years and was responsible for concluding the worldwide hotel operator’s $1.3 billion sale of Red Roof Inn.
Poirot succeeds Debbie White, who has become chief executive of Sodexo's UK and Ireland division.
