CHICAGO -- Key education and culinary sessions presented at the annual National Restaurant Association's Restaurant and Hotel-Motel Show will be available online year-round following the show.
NRA's A href="http://show.restaurant.org/NRA11/public/Content.aspx?ID=1037&sortMenu=108010" target=_blank>Show e-Learning program presents educational sessions through audio recordings paired with PowerPoint slide presentations, and culinary demonstrations as video recordings.
The presentations will be available for free throughout the year, enabling foodservice operators to remotely learn from business-building techniques and strategies employed by industry experts. Other audio presentations can be purchased through the NRA show's website.
A sampling of sessions from this year's NRA show held last May at Chicago's McCormick Place is online.
The NRA Show returns to McCormick Place in 2011, May 21-24. The association is offering a $30 "early bird" rate before December 1. Between Dec. 2 and April 15, 2011, registration costs $45. After April 15, registration fees increase to $90. Registration is free for NRA members. Visit NRA for information.
