ELK GROVE VILLAGE, IL -- Namco America Inc. has appointed Joe Blackwell tech support specialist. Namco says Blackwell, who possesses 32 years' experience in customer service for coin-op companies, brings a wealth of knowledge and contacts to its customer service department.
Most recently, Blackwell was operations manager for a large family entertainment center in the Chicago suburbs. He held that post for three years. However, the coin machine technical guru is best known as the former service department head of Stern Pinball, where he spent 15 years.
"In today's market, being able to maximize earnings by decreasing downtime is a hot button for most locations and operating companies," Namco said. "Namco America is committed to providing the highest level of service and support to our customers and Joe will be a great addition to the team that will provide it."
