DOWNERS GROVE, IL -- Sara Lee Corp. has named Maria Henry chief financial officer of its North American operations, effective July 18. She will also serve as financial chief for Sara Lee after the spinoff of its international coffee and tea business next year.
Henry, 44, joins Sara Lee from Culligan International, where she served as executive vice-president and chief financial officer. Prior to Culligan, she was the chief financial officer at Vastera, a global trade management solutions company, and before that at Vastera, a global trade management company. She has also held various executive posts at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, along with U.S. Office Products and Wang Global.
