LUSBY, MD -- ZeeCooper & Co. has announced the establishment of Parrot-tec, a provider of equipment for the coffee service, pure water and vending industries. The first Parrot-tec products are slated to roll out in July.
Among these is the ProFlo Model PF1HC point-of-use water dispenser (pictured here), first in a planned line of coolers and filters designed to meet operator needs for onsite water treatment. The POU dispenser provides hot and cold water, and features a heavy-duty compressor, easy-access filter cabinet, internal filter purge system and dual electric tank floats. Its 500W. heater can deliver water hotter than 194°F., while the 100W. chiller cools water to below 50°F. The unit is supplied with a filtered water-out connection.
ZeeCooper principal Jim Zirakian reports that Parrot-tec is also readying a line of coffee stands, the first of which will launch in July, as well as coffee brewing equipment and accessories. The Parrot-tec website, although still under construction, is up and running at parrot-tec.com.
