ELK GROVE VILLAGE, IL -- Namco America Inc. has named Jim Wulfers sales manager of its newly formed merchandising department here. The division will market plush toys and electronic products for the U.S. and UK amusement markets.
Wulfers is a former employee of Namco Cybertainment, the company's machine and arcade operational division, where he spent nearly 10 years as a merchandise buyer and manager for its prize redemption centers. He recently left the amusement industry to work for a family business.
Namco America Inc. is a subsidiary of Namco Bandai Holdings (USA) Inc. Its latest coin-op videogames include Dead Heat, Deadstorm Pirate and Pac-Man Battle Royale, and it is a leading marketer of merchandising games like BarBerCut Lite and Dunk Tank Prize.
