THOMASVILLE, GA -- Flower's Foods is leveraging the signature cinnamon taste of Cinnabon baked goods in three new Mrs. Freshley's pastries.
Leading the lineup is a 5-oz. cinnamon-filled Danish wrapped in a golden, flaky crust and drizzled with icing. The baked goods chain's famous cinnamon flavor is also featured in a new Mrs. Freshley's iced coffee cake. Rounding out the new pastries is a 3.4-oz. icing-topped honey bun with Cinnabon cinnamon swirled throughout.
Package graphics prominently highlight the Cinnabon brand.
"Cinnabon rolls are famous for the quality and intense flavor of their cinnamon, so we couldn't be more excited about using it to amp up the flavor of some of our most popular pastries," said Brent Bradshaw, Flowers Foods' vice-president of cake marketing.
