NORTHFIELD, IL -- Kim Rucker, 45, will become general counsel and corporate secretary for Kraft Foods Group Inc., when the new grocery spinoff launches later this year. Rucker, who will also join the Kraft management team as an executive vice-president, will lead the legal, corporate governance and corporate affairs functions.
She joins the food company from Avon Products Inc., where she was senior vice-president, general counsel and corporate secretary. Before Avon, she was senior vice-president and secretary at Energy Future Holdings.
At Kraft, Rucker will report to the North American grocery company's future president and chief executive, Tony Vernon.
Kraft Foods expects to complete its split into Mondelez, a global snacks business, and the Kraft Foods Group North American grocery business before the end of 2012. | SEE STORY
