RICHMOND, CA -- BioMass Packaging is offering a new line of fully compostable paper cold cups made from renewably sourced paper fibers.
Ecotainer cold cups use a plant-based lining to provide leak-proof performance, instead of petroleum-based polyethylene typically used to line paper cups. They're available in 12-, 16-, 22- and 32-fl.oz. sizes in a leaf-motif stock print design; custom printing is also available.
Biomass Packaging also offers lids and straws made from the same plant-based material.
The company, which offers a wide range of sustainable serviceware and packaging solutions for foodservice operators, is offering a 10% discount on all orders of its new Ecotainer cups placed before the end of May.
