SAN DIEGO -- Hot-Can's new line of beverages and soups in self-heating cans can be prepared anytime, anywhere without a microwave and served piping hot in minutes. The line includes café mocha, café latte, hot cocoa, tea and mushroom, asparagus, tomato and chicken soups.
The heating process is activated by a push of a button at the bottom of the container. Next, the consumer gently shakes the can for 30 seconds and turns it upright. After three minutes, the indicator turns from black to green, indicating the contents are fully heated.
