LONG ISLAND CITY, NY -- Entenmann's Bakery has partnered with White Coffee Corp. to launch Entenmann's signature collection of flavored coffees and cocoas.
The 100% Arabica coffee will initially be offered in 10-oz. bags in cinnamon crumb cake, hazelnut, vanilla and chocolate donut flavors, reminiscent of Entenmann's sweet baked goods enjoyed by more than 26 million households across the U.S. Entenmann's cocoa will be available in original and mint varieties.
Entenmann's coffees and cocoas will roll out nationwide in 2012 in supermarkets, club stores, drugstores and foodservice establishments.
"As the premier name in sweet baked goods for more than 100 years, Entenmann's has a great brand heritage and a wide range of product offerings that translate well to flavored coffee," said Lorraine Hale, Entenmann's marketing director for licensing.
Entenmann's markets more than 100 fresh-baked cakes, cookies, pastries and donuts nationwide. It was founded as a family bakery in 1898 in Brooklyn, NY, and eventually moved to its facility in Bay Shore, NY. Entenmann's is now a part of the Bimbo Bakeries USA family of companies.
Bimbo Bakeries Corp., based in Long Island City, NY, is a third-generation family-owned coffee importing and roasting business in operation since 1939.
