HARRISON, OH -- JTM Food Group is now offering 5-oz. steakhouse beef burgers that are fully cooked to reduce preparation time and increase food safety. They are made from lightly seasoned fresh ground beef.
The new burgers are steamable and "ovenable" and can also be heated on a griddle or charbroiler. The burgers, sized for satisfying thickness and juiciness, are individually quick frozen and packed in four 16-ct. bags per case. They are equivalent in size to a 7.5-oz. uncooked burger.
JTM's menu of more than 600 foodservice products includes a wide range of meats, fully cooked entrees, sauces and breads. The company serves retailers, schools, restaurants, military and government organizations and food distributors throughout North America.
