CHICAGO -- The National Automatic Merchandising Association's coffee research originally presented at its Coffee, Tea and Water show in New Orleans in November is now available for purchase.

The findings, presented by Mike Dabadie of Heart+Mind Strategies (Reston, VA), offered participants a glimpse into the future of office coffee service, along with business-building ideas based on trends identified in the study. Among them is that nearly half of employees said they would increase coffee consumption if espressos, lattes or other products were available. | SEE STORY

The research focuses on seven key points: opportunities to increase consumption, increasing single-serve systems, expanding the benefits of coffee service, raising expectations of coffee service, relationships and professionalism, and leveraging water and sustainability.
