DISON, NJ -- Neal Rosenberg has resigned as president of Elaut USA upon successfully directing the integration of the former Monduce Inc. organization into Elaut. He observed that the task was complete, and he is ready for a new industry challenge.

Elaut USA is one of the largest operators of coin- operated games in amusement parks. It was formed when Elaut N.V., a Belgian pioneer in coin-op amusement design and manufacture, acquired Monduce, which had been established in 1975 by Mondial International and Bruce Kawut. As part of the expansion plan, Elaut USA recruited Jack Guarnieri as chief executive officer, and merged his company, PinballSales.com, into the new firm.

Guarnieri hailed Rosenberg's pivotal role in putting together the new Elaut USA. "It's not unusual for the key players to put these mergers together to move on," he pointed out. "Without Neal's effort, ideas and perseverance, much of what was accomplished the last few years at the former Monduce would not have happened."

A lifelong member of the coin amusements industry, Rosenberg joined his late father, Leo, to form Beverly Music & Vending Services. The idea of providing technical support to smaller operating companies had come to the elder Rosenberg when he was a street operator. Neal subsequently spent two decades with Betson Enterprises (Carlstadt, NJ) as director of operations, and then worked with Elaut NV for the past 10 years.

Rosenberg can be contacted at his home office, S&N Enterprises (Oceanside, NY), by calling (516) 764-7888 or emailing him at nrosen213@aol.com (alternatively, at nrosen213@optonline.net). S&N's facsimile number is (516) 766-7771.
