DUBAI, U.A.E. -- Embed reports that the rapid growth of its business in the Middle East has required it to move to larger facilities in the United Arab Emirates, and to augment its technical support staff. The company also has announced the appointment of Pravin Bhagwat as regional sales head.
The new Embed Middle Eastern offices are located in the Indigo Icon Building in the Emirate of Dubai's Jumeirah Lake Towers. According to the company, this is a more central location than the original facility in Sharjah, and offers expanded floorspace to accommodate the growing Embed team.
The new regional sales head brings a wealth of experience to his new duties at Embed, having spent the past 15 years in sales and project management roles in the Middle East.
To maintain close support of Embed's broadening regional customer base, the company has increased its full-time technical support staff to seven. Further strengthening the support infrastructure is a new Internet-based global support management system that allows Embed to integrate support services from all four of its international offices.
Embed, which also maintains offices in the U.S. and UK, is headquartered in Australia. It markets total operating solutions for entertainment facilities. An Embed System provides for admissions control, machine monitoring, cashless activation of games and attractions, as well as cashless payment for food and beverages, the management of loyalty programs and prize redemption and integrated event scheduling.
