LAWRENCE, MA — Pure1 Systems announced the rollout of a new particle filter, the Absolute 1, and strengthened its reach to the vending and OCS trade through an exclusive arrangement with DeMitri Chesapeake Sales Inc. (Turnersville, NJ). Pure1 markets the EverFull self-filling bottle system, a dispenser combining the economy of point-of-use water treatment with the marketing power and aesthetic appeal of a classic bottle.
The new Absolute 1 0.5-micron filter is said to remove 99% of all bacteria by means of its multi-zone construction. This features 0.5-micron filtration at the inner core, followed by a 1-micron layer, a 3-micron layer and 5-micron filtration at the outermost layer.
