Blue Marble Brands, gluten-free flour tortilla, wrap sandwich, food service, vending PROVIDENCE, RI --New from Blue Marble Brands is a 12" gluten-free flour tortilla for wrap sandwiches and other foodservice applications.

Made with flours from non-wheat, all-natural plant sources, Tumaro's-branded gluten-free tortillas are reportedly similar in taste and texture to traditional flour wraps. They are made to fold, bend, crumple or twist without ripping or breaking.

The wraps stay fresh when sealed for up to 45 days refrigerated and up to nine months frozen.
