SYDNEY -- In early in November, Stern Pinball Inc. chief executive Gary Stern visited the Land Down Under to address the Pinball Symposium in Camperdown (Sydney), attend the New South Wales Pinball Championships and present prizes to the champions.
The events were organized by Amusement Machine Distributors, which represents leading lines of amusement equipment in Australia.
"The pinball community continues to grow in Australia with the support of our distributor AMD," Stern reported. "It was great to see the enthusiastic players and collectors' excitement about our new products."
More than 90 finalists competed in the championships, first held in Australia since 1992.
