LOS ANGELES -- Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is rolling out some of its most popular roasts in K-Cups for Keurig brewers. Highlighting the lineup is Café 63, a smooth, light-bodied roast with fruity aroma, which has been a staple since the southern, CA, coffeehouse chain opened its first location in 1963.
Costa Rica, with a balanced, crisp flavor and fragrant aroma, is a medium-bodied coffee sourced from high-altitude farms, where the climate and rich soils produce coffees that exhibit a bright, clean taste. Viennese Blend, a medium dark roast, is described as a mellow and smooth, with hints of chocolate. A toasted amaretto flavored coffee rounds out the new offerings.
Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf announced a multiyear agreement with Keurig Green Mountain to make its brand available in K-Cups last May.
