ITASCA, IL -- To celebrate the completion of its new office here, AGS LLC, or American Gaming Systems, is planning a barbecue and product showing for Illinois operators considering entering the state's upcoming video gaming marketplace.
It will be held on Tuesday, July 13, from noon to 5 p.m. at 905 W. Irving Park Rd. (Itasca, IL 60143). Industry members interested in attending should register by July 9 by sending an email or calling (630) 446-7777.
The barbecue begins at noon and will be followed by a preview of AGS's new gaming software. AGS executives will be on hand to demonstrate the company's new gaming terminals designed specifically for Illinois and answer questions about the new location-based gaming market, which is expected to go live in the first half of 2011.
AGS say it operates more than 10,000 games worldwide. Its class II platform is widely used in Native American casinos. The company is expanding into class III products, as well as wide-area progressive and casino management systems. Read more about the company.
