Valley, Arachnid, AMI, Stern Pinball and TouchTunes offered educational seminars, some of which were "standing room only," covering maintenance, setup and troubleshooting. WAMO lobbyist Tony Driessen led a workshop on social media.
Al Lucchi of Quarter Time Distributing (Waunakee) was elected WAMO president, while Neil Gilberston of Northern Lakes Amusement (Hurley), Joe Jacobson of Amusement Devices (Menasha) and Steve Murphy of Games Are Us Inc. (Woodlawn) were named president-elect, secretary and treasurer, respectively.
WAMO presented its C.S. Pierce Award to Ralph H. Fleege of Mitchell Novelty Co. (Milwaukee) for his outstanding service to the coin-op industry. The coin-op veteran has held every elected WAMO office and is still a member of its legislative committee. He also played an integral part in developing the WAMO Dart Tournament.
