ST. FOY, QC, Canada -- Cafection Enterprises Inc. reports that its U.S. customers will have quicker access to spare parts and service for its Avalon bulk-loaded, bean-grinding single-cup brewers as a result of a new service agreement it made with Butensky Services Co.
Cafection's Frank Baron said the partnership with a U.S. distributor will lower freight costs of parts shipments and streamline customer support issues.
Based in Branchburg, NJ, BSC has been providing OEM service for more than 25 years. Its team of field technicians will now assist Cafection customers with installation, training and repair for the Avalon line.
Separately, Cafection announced that it has created a sliding rail system that enables operators to install an Avalon brewer on countertops with tight spaces that do not provide enough clearance for easy access to the bean hoppers and soluble product containers. It fastens to the brewer and the counter, allowing a machine to safely slide forward so it can be replenished as needed without any heavy lifting. The hardware also has a safety feature that prevents it from sliding off the counter.
Additionally, the company is offering a leg extension kit that enables Avalon machines to accommodate travel mugs and large cups. It includes four legs that screw into the machine's base to increase clearance to 9" maximum.
