MASHANTUCKET, CT -- Vistar New England is returning to Foxwoods Resort Casino here on Friday, Sept. 16, for its annual open house. Last year's event at the popular Connecticut venue drew crowds of operators from throughout New England and upstate New York, and Vistar expects this year's show to be even more popular.
The product and equipment showcase will spotlight goods and services offered by some 80 manufacturers, brokers and distributors. The event will run from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Foxwoods' Grand Pequot Ballroom.
Visitors will have the opportunity sample an array of foods and beverages distributed by Vistar, many of which will make their industry debut at the show. Among the highlights will be Vistar's retail and hospitality lines, along with the supplier's new and exclusive Ultimo pizza. The show will also provide a hands-on update on state-of-the-art vending and office coffee service equipment.
Lunch will be served in the ballroom at 2 p.m. after the trade show concludes.
