LAS VEGAS -- Foundations Entertainment University, headed by VT columnist and industry guru Frank Seninsky of Amusement Entertainment Management (E. Brunswick, NJ), will offer an FEC-focused educational program in conjunction with next year's Amusement Expo, March 14-16.
Program details including a full speaker list will be announced soon, said show organizers. The FEU agenda customarily includes seminars by Seninsky, along with presentations by Randy White of White Hutchinson Leisure & Learning Group, Alan Fluke of AEA Consulting Group, Jerry Merola of Alpha-Omega Amusements and Peter F. Olesen of Entertainment Concepts Inc.
Previously, FEU has been offered in various U.S. cities as a standalone event. The two-and-a-half day program provides a complete blueprint for anyone developing and opening a new center or significantly expanding or renovating an existing location-based entertainment facility.
Seninsky said pairing FEU with Amusement Expo "will provide a new home for those family and leisure-based entertainment center owners and operators who [formerly] attended the (now defunct) Fun Expo because it met their distinct needs."
Fun Expo ran from 1991 through 2010 under a variety of owners before being discontinued. | SEE STORY
Amusement Expo is co-owned by the Amusement and Music Operators Association and the American Amusement Machine Association.
