Specialty Coin Schedules 5th Pacific Northwest Show For Oct. 25 In Portland

PORTLAND, OR -- Specialty Coin Products has announced that its fifth Northwest Amusement Show will be held at the Red Lion Hotel on the River - Jantzen Beach here Saturday, Oct. 25. Exhibit hours are 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., and the event will include seminars, complimentary lunch and dinner, and "tons of door prizes," according to SCP's Sydney Waters.

The annual fete has become an eagerly awaited regional amusement exhibition, and the distributorship expects to attract visitors from all parts of the greater Northwest and all segments of the industry, from street operators through bowling centers and skating rinks to family entertainment centers.

Manufacturers and suppliers wishing to exhibit at the buying show can reserve a 10x10-ft. booth for $500 or a 10x20-ft. booth for $900. Space is limited, and the company urges prospective participants to sign up promptly.

The deadline for exhibit space reservations is Oct. 10, and equipment must be delivered to Specialty Coin's headquarters by Oct. 17.

In preparation for the gala event, Specialty Coin has arranged courtesy room rates at the Red Lion Hotel for showgoers wishing to stay overnight. Rates are $119 for standard double queen, $129 for premium king and $199 for premium river view king rooms. Information about the hotel can be found online at jantzenbeach.redlion.com.
