LOUISVILLE, KY -- Grindmaster-Cecilware Corp. has named Jose G. Avendaño vice-president of engineering. He will be responsible for all aspects of engineering at the company.
Avendaño was most recently employed at Crane Merchandising Systems (St. Louis) as director of refrigeration and product reliability. He has 30 years experience in product development, testing and management, which consists of 20 years of working with appliances at GE Venezuela and Maytag and 10 years in foodservice with Bunn-O-Matic and Crane.
Grindmaster-Cecilware manufactures dispensing equipment for hot, cold and frozen beverages, among other foodservice equipment lines.
