BROCKTON, MA - All Seasons Services, a leading provider of dining, vending and office refreshment services, reports that it has raised additional funding for working capital and general corporate purposes. At the closing of a transaction with major investors, All Seasons secured $6.2 million, and it will receive an additional $3 million over the next six months.
"The closing of this transaction demonstrates our investors' continued confidence in the company's ability to create long-term financial growth and performance," said James O'Connor, Jr., chief executive officer of All Seasons. "This new funding strengthens our financial position and our foundation for growth in the future."
All Seasons Services currently has annual sales approaching $200 million. The company has purchased more than 30 businesses since 1997, including the landmark acquisition in 2001 of USRefresh, adding $82.5 million in revenues to All Seasons' bottom line as well as more than 5,000 accounts, expanding the company's reach beyond the Northeastern and mid-Atlantic states into the southern and central portions of the country. Future acquisitions underlie the company's plans for expansion.
