WIXOM, MI -- VendTek Wholesale Equipment reports that it has become a distributor for the Automatic Products vending line. The company already represents GPL and Dixie-Narco, which along with AP are full-line vending machine lines made by Crane Merchandising Systems in Williston, SC.
"We are delighted to have VendTek on board to support our product in Michigan," said Dixie-Narco veteran Ron Barnes, now director of sales at Crane Merchandising Systems. "Over the years, VendTek has shown continued growth and proven to be loyal to Crane in its support of both equipment and its customer base. We hope for their continued success."
VendTek president Tom St. Germain reported that the distributorship is planning to offer a series of attractive promotions this year, of the sort that Detroit has called "cash for clunkers." The idea, he said, is to assist and encourage operators in Michigan to trade in their older equipment for current models, resulting in a win for everyone.
