HERSHEY, PA -- The newly formed International Association of Trampoline Parks has chosen Inova to provide management services, according to an announcement by Inova president Tracy Sarris. Inova initially was retained in January of this year to organize IATP as a 501(c)(6) nonprofit trade association.
The new trade group was incorporated in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and officially recognized by its Department of State, in May.
Sarris will act as the association's executive vice-president, providing management services as needed. She acknowledged the dedication of the association's organizers, observing that the founding board members have volunteered a great deal of time to assist with the development of standards for trampoline courts by ASTM International (formerly the American Society for Testing and Materials). "And they continue to engage state and federal regulators in efforts to influence effective policy that promotes running a safe and successful trampoline court," Sarris explained.
IATP was formed for the purpose of promoting safe operations, facilitating commercial success and stimulating growth of the trampoline park industry.
Inova offers business and nonprofit advisory services, including strategy and membership development, association formation, market research and analysis, sales and marketing, graphic design, public relations, and meeting and events management. Sarris may be reached at (717) 533-1945.
