RICHMOND, VA -- Performance Food Group, parent company of nationwide vending distributor Vistar, has promoted Tom Hoffman to chairman and chief executive of customized distribution. He previously served as president and chief executive of the business segment.
Hoffman has been a member of PFG's executive team since joining the broadline foodservice distributor in 1989.
PFG's Craig Hoskins is stepping up to the role of president and chief operating officer of customized distribution. He has been with the company for more than 20 years. He has served in various roles of increasing responsibility in the Vistar and Roma business segments, and most recently held the role of senior vice-president of sales of Performance Food Group.
Performance Food Group Co. is comprised of three segments: Vistar, Performance Foodservice and PFG Customized Distribution. The company delivers food products nationwide to vending companies, restaurants, pizzerias, theaters, schools, hotels, healthcare facilities and other institutions through its 65 distribution centers and 12 Merchant's Mart locations across the U.S.
