COCKEYSVILLE, MD -- A&A Global Industries has expanded its line with a new series of "buildable" toys based on Disney-Pixar characters, additional Domo flat merchandise and danglers, and the latest in its growing line of string/voodoo dolls for bulk vending, and now for prize cranes.
The Disney-Pixar theme items are self-vending 2" toys patterned on familiar characters from hit movies, including "Toy Story," "Up," "Monsters Inc." and "Ratatouille." They're aimed at the $1 market segment, and are backed by a point-of-sale blister display inspired by Disney-Pixar's iconic designs.
Domo, the toothy mascot of Japan's NHK television network who has become an international favorite, is celebrated in a new 2" bulk line and a second series of jumbo stickers from A&A. The bulk novelties come in eight styles, all equipped with cords for easy attachment to mobile phones, keychains and other personal effects. They're supplied in 2" capsules and carry a suggested vend price of 75¢; a two-sided display depicts the entire collection, on both sides.
A&A's second Jumbo Domo sticker series includes 16 designs featuring the oviparous creature, and is expected to receive an enthusiastic response from Domo fans of all ages. The series is supported by a two-sided display offering multiple selling options.
Also back in a new guise are A&A's appealing string/voodoo dolls. This collection depicts various animals, all with bright, soft string exteriors in a spectrum of colors. They are available in 2" capsules, designed for 75¢ or $1 vending and backed by a "quickflip" double-sided blister display.
The popular string dolls are also making their debut in a new crane mix by Parkway Toys, A&A Global's plush division. The new prize items come in 12 brightly colored styles. Priced at $2.50 per unit, the dolls are shipped 72 per case, with a 14x17" display poster showing the entire collection. Additional posters are available at nominal cost.
